Is membership paid?

No. Membership, e-mail and SMS reminders are free.

Are there SMS reminders?

Yes. Verify your phone in your profile; when adding a reminder you can choose "SMS" or "E-mail + SMS".

At what time does the reminder arrive?

You choose the time for each reminder. Deliveries run every 5 minutes.

I don't know the birth date of the person.

With "Ask for birthday" you send your friend a link; when they enter the date, the reminder is added for you automatically. Your friend does not need to be a member.

Is my data safe?

Passwords are stored irreversibly; forms are protected by bot protection and a security code. You can delete your records at any time; if you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed.

The reminder e-mail landed in the spam folder.

Add our sender address to your contacts and mark the message as "not spam". If the problem persists, write to us via the contact form.
